Position Description The Galileo project requires an IT System Team Leader to run the IT support provided to the development teams within the project. This role comprises the following tasks Provide IT support to the projects, investigating and resolving issues reported by users Maintain the programme infrastructure to a high standard Define, deliver and support programme specific IT projects and solutions. Maintaining system documentation Management of a member of the IT team Reporting to programme stakeholders This is a fast paced programme and as such its needs are complex and varied so good knowledge of networks and systems along with a hands on approach are required. Your technical skills will be balanced with your ability to priorities and manage the workloads on your team.
