The MS46524B, part of the ShockLine family of Vector Network Analyzers from Anritsu, is a performance 3U high, 4-port VNA available in a 50 kHz to 8.5 GHz frequency range. It is capable of measuring 16 single-ended and mixed-mode s-parameters of passive multiport and differential devices. The VNA supports SCPI command programming, and has software driver support for the most common programming environments. The MS46522B uses industry standard LAN communications for robust remote control in test applications.
