Sigma-Aldrich reports 3 percent sales increase for 2014

Sigma-Aldrich , a life science tech company that has about 9,000 employees, reported 2014 sales of $2.79 billion, a 3 percent increase from 2013. In addition, the company ended the fourth quarter of 2014 with sales of $705 million, another 3 percent increase over the same period in 2013 .
