Sigma-Aldrich's president and CEO sees pay decline in 2014

Sigma-Aldrich Corp. on Friday released its 2014 proxy statement and in it revealed that president and CEO Rakesh Sachdev 's pay decreased 46 percent from 2013, to $5.63 million. The change was due to a nearly $2.2 million decrease in stock awards and a $3.37 million decrease in stock options.
