Singapore Air Seeks Stake in Hong Kong Airlines

Singapore Airlines Ltd. is in talks to buy a minority stake in Hong Kong-based short-haul carrier Hong Kong Airlines International Holdings Ltd., as part of an effort to tap into China's booming travel market, people with direct knowledge of the deal said Tuesday.
