By Neville D'Cruz MELBOURNE, March 29 -- Singapore Airlines has lifted its holdings and voting power in Virgin Australia from 19.83 per cent to 22.17 per cent, with approval from Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board , The Australian newspaper reports.
