Targeting SMB and neighborhood access points (APs), FSM90xx SoC is based on 28 nm technology and brings LTE and Wi-Fi closer together by leveraging Qualcomm® Internet Processor (IPQ). Packet processing engine scales to handle networking functions, including Wi-Fi and LTE, and hardware accelerators built into chipset boost data processing for both radio technologies. With APs based on this SoC, it is possible to expand network capacity as well as ensure optimal end-user mobile experiences.
