Snowstorms drive people away from car dealers on Presidents Day

Just as the sun was beginning to rise Monday, workers at area car dealerships were out in their lots, bundled up in their warmest winter wear. Battling below-zero temperatures and biting winds that brought chills as low as minus-20 degrees Fahrenheit, they continued the process of shifting hundreds of cars around to clear the latest 14 inches of snow to fall on the city.
