Job description You will be a member of the Software engineering team, participating in Design, development, integration testing of new SW components for product and system level implementations Existing product software maintenance and product enhancement development activities Linux configuration and software production and maintenance aspects Job experience We are looking for a Software Bachelor or Master level by education, preferable with a few years of industrial experience. You are fluent in English Dutch and French are an asset. You have a natural interest and indepth knowledge in SW engineering aspects, both at architectural and implementation level. You have an aptitude for work, eager to widen your horizon, following new technological evolutions. You will be endtoend responsible for the given assignments, using your multilingual communication skills, for interacting within the project team members and customers. Job competences You are also expected to Be familiar with a number of languages primarily Python, C, C, LabVIEW, XML some familiarisation with TclTk and shell scripting is an asset Feel comfortable in a networking environment TCPIP, HTTP, XMLRPC, SOAP with a Linux based platform environment, both as development and target systems. Be proficient with SysML and UML. Elaborate user requirements in design documents, develop interface control documents and discuss this on a technical level with the customer Travel for short period of times Job offer Location The principle job location is Antwerp Hoboken though short duration missions abroad are part of this challenging job environment.
