SpartanNash names new chief legal officer

She replaces Alex DeYonker, who held the post for many years at the Michigan company headquartered in the Grand Rapids suburb of Byron Township. Mahoney was Nash Finch's executive vice president, general counsel and secretary since 2009, and kept those roles when the company merged with Spartan Stores in November 2013.
