United Parcel Service recently honored drivers, from left, Allen Banks of Lithia Springs and Jerry Clinton of Douglasville for maintaining accident-free driving records for nearly four decades each. Douglas County resident Allen Banks said he has seen motorists' driving habits change over almost four decades of accident-free driving for United Parcel Service "and they haven't changed for the better."
