The Charleston Parks Conservancy and the Charleston Digital Corridor have installed Wi-Fi access at three city parks in downtown Charleston and another in West Ashley. The Speedwell Foundation, the family foundation of Jenny and Mike Messner, whose philanthropic efforts center on urban parks, funded the $30,000 project.
