With 0.9 pF capacitance rating, PAZC099 provides surge suppression and ESD (> 25 kV) protection in high-speed data line applications. There are 8 steering diodes for up to 4 individual data or transmission lines and one transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode for power bus. Rated for 5.0 V applications with 100 W peak pulse power per line (8/20 µsec), product is also suited for circuit protection in USB 1.0/2.0/3.0 applications, DVI interfaces, and other portable electronics applications.
