Able to clamp effects of electrical fast transients (EFT) on power bus, SRV05-4-A combines 8 low-capacitance steering diodes for up to 4 individual data or transmission lines and one TVS diode for power bus protection. RoHS- and REACH-compliant product features 200 W peak pulse power per line (8/20 µsec typ) and low clamping voltage. Rated stand-off voltage is 5.0 V, and minimum breakdown voltage is 6.0 V. Capacitance (typ) is 3.5 pF I/O to GND and 2.0 pF I/O to I/O.
