Kurt Georgeades, chief executive of Stucco Rite Inc. and SRI Investments of Greeley, plans to construct a two-story, 12,500-square-foot Class A office building within Crossroads Plaza at Crossroads Boulevard and Clydesdale Parkway in Loveland. Georgeades said the building will have upgraded exterior finishes that feature Stucco Rite's masonry stone tiles, stucco textures and concrete details.
