Position Reference 136 You will have the opportunity to provide support to the daily business of implementing the EU GNSS Distribution Authority, responsible for the secure management, accounting and distribution of all COMSEC Communication Security assets. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Production of the migration plan of the EU GNSS Programmes from Chiasmus for Windows to FilKrypto PGBI, including the following processes and procedures NDA guidance programme roadmap user guidestraining test the new system Implementation of the Migration plan Maintenance of the Chiasmus successor product selection report. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. You hold a personal security clearance. You have experience in managing encryption keys. You have experience in migration of complex system if possible multisites. You have at least 3 years of experience in project management. You have experience in dealing with stakeholders e.g. public institutions. You are fluent in French and English C1.
