Position Reference 798 Concurrent design is a method to accelerate complex engineering projects in a series of workshops where the client, experts from various domains and system engineers work together to develop an integral consistent design based on shared understanding and rigorous design decisions. Besides the method the approach requires a Concurrent Design Facility, a combination of hard and software to support collaborative engineering. RHEA group has over 15 years of experience with the development and implementation of concurrent design in different engineering disciplines. With the concurrent design method we do not only support our customers in engineering studies projects, we also partner with organizations in a transition process to transfer concurrent design as a work practice. Through a hands on approach of support, coaching and training we anchor the method in the organization. The method improves the rigor and relevance of the study, accelerates the process, improves shared understanding and is more fun for the participants. If you want to help us support these complex engineering workshops as a System Analyst we need you the have the technical knowhow to understand and document a technical dialogue among many stakeholders. Further, you assist in managing the process and support the Team Lead in organizing the workshops. You speak the language of the engineers and have the soft skills required to support the group. You help stakeholders by reminding them to do their assigned tasks so all is ready for the next cycle in the study. As a System Analyst you guard the preconditions for a successful and pleasant workshop and at the same time anchor the outcomes and results. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Project Management Skills Candidate has the skills to plan, organize and monitor large projects. Candidate is precise in documentation and structuring of information. Candidate is precise in monitoring and reporting progress Leadership skills Candidate is goal focused. Candidate is openapproachable. Candidate has good communication skills. Candidate can activate people at different levels in the organization. Professional skills Candidate has good people skills. System Engineering skills Candidate has Analytical skills and a general understanding of complex systems. Candidate has an eye for rigor. Candidate is able to structure complex information.
