Up until very recently, the Cadillac Escalade was a favorite among auto thieves, but the Highway Loss Data Institute reports they have a new favorite vehicle. New report indicates consumer effect when Chrysler Group announced the company would not recall 2.7 million older Jeep SUVs, per NHTSA request.
