Provided in molded JEDEC DFN-2-0402 package with lead-free, pure-tin plating (annealed), PLR3311 RoHS- and REACH-compliant transient voltage suppressor (TVS) array protects Ethernet 10/100/1000 base T, FireWire, wireless communications devices, and USB interfaces from damaging effects of ESD and electrical fast transients (EFT). Solution protects one bidirectional line and offers 5 pF typ capacitance and features 40 W peak pulse power per line (tp = 8/20 µA).
