Supplied in molded DFN-2-KW surface mount package, 33 V Model SM10KW33A and 36 V Model SM10KW36A provide 8,500 W of peak pulse power dissipation for 10/1000 µs waveform. Model SM10KW33A has minimum breakdown voltage of 36.8 V and max clamping voltage of 56.6 V at 150.0 A, while Model SM10KW36A features minimum breakdown voltage of 40.0 V and max clamping voltage of 60.7 V at 140.0 A. Operating from -55 to +150°C, transient voltage suppressors are suited for relay drives and motors.
