A vacancy for a Technical Administrator has arisen within Airbus Defence Space to work in support of the UK Quality Organisation. The role will be based in Stevenage and you will also provide Technical and Secretarial Administrative Support to the Portsmouth site. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Technical Admin Support typing technical documents and reports, maintaining Project Plans, arranging and coordinating meetings, taking minutes of meetings. Team Admin Support arranging and coordinating meetings, taking minutes of meetings, booking travel, updating databases, register timeattendanceholidaysavailability, arranging visitor arrivals and security, arranging catering for site visits. General office duties booking meeting rooms, photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, ordering and maintaining stationery supplies. Assist in progressing test samples around the site, obtaining approval signatures for documents. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Proven experience of working in a Technical Administrative role High degree of organisational skills Good working knowledge of database management Documentation control experience Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Team working essential Fluent in written and spoken English essential.
