Our lines of business include Mission Critical Systems, Security and Unmanned Systems. We are looking for a Technical Director to support our highly dynamic team in Munich, Germany. Skills we would like to see in candidates are Strong satellite system engineering background Strong satellite communication and navigation background Proven achievements in subcontractor management and negotiation skills Strong proposal and review data package writing skills for customers like ESA, DLR or big industry corporations Proven achievements in leading a technical team, preferably with international members Selfmotivated, works independently, stress tolerant Willingness to travel frequently, including travel abroad, feels comfortable to work in an international environment Ability to present our company professionally Experience with unmanned aerial systems UAS, UAV, RPAS, drones Software architecture and development, AGILE methods, information and cyber security Electronic hardware development background Optional asset drone pilot Degree Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, Physics or similar Master PHD Language skills German, English business fluent Nationality European Union, must be able to obtain security clearances in Germany
