The Federal Highway Administration told Trinity Industries, the nation's largest guardrail maker, to conduct new crash testing on the ET-Plus guardrail. A whistleblower and competitor, Josh Harman, sued the company alleging they shortened the length of the popular ET-Plus guardrail heads to save money.
