The decisions of the meeting of the Board of TEO LT, AB held on 4 June 2015: To elect Board member Robert Andersson as the Chairman of the Company's Board for the current term of the Board, i.e. till 29 April 2017, To appoint the following members of the Board as the members of the Audit Committee for the term of two years : Stefan Block, Tiia Tuovinen and Inga Skisaker . To elect Stefan Block as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
