Thor Posts Solid Gains in 1Q Motorhome Sales

Elkhart, Ind.-based Thor Industries Inc. today announced preliminary sales, as well as continued growth in the company's backlog, for its fiscal 2014 first quarter, ended Oct. 31. Preliminary consolidated sales from continuing operations in the first quarter were $802.6 million, up 5.4% from $761.4 million in the first quarter last year.
