Available in 1.8–10.6 lb-in. and 12.4–37.2 lb-in. torque ranges, TI-100 Series has glass-filled nylon package with 360° of rotation. Hinges can be pressed into keyed cavities in die cast/extruded metals or molded plastics and provide equal torque in both directions. Offered in 13.3–31.0 lb-in. and 44.3–70.8 lb-in. ranges, TI-200 Series has die-cast zinc housing with 360° of rotation and is designed to be plastic over-molded. Hinges generate full torque in one direction and 60% in opposite.
