Trains resume service into New York after power problems

New Jersey Transit trains are running again in and out of New York's Penn Station after service was suspended because of Amtrak overhead wire problems. NJ Transit says Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line trains are operating with delays of up to 90 minutes.
