(Telecompaper) Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, who has been the company's interim CEO for the last three months, is expected to be appointed as the new permanent CEO, people familiar with the matter told Re/code. He is thought likely to continue in his role as CEO of payments company Square, which he founded. It is unclear whether the board has voted on Dorsey's appointment, as it is still deciding on the roles of other key executives. Revenue chief Adam Bain is expected to become COO. Bain and CFO Anthony Noto have told the board that they want Dorsey to be named as permanent CEO, according to multiple sources. Neither Twitter nor Square would comment on the matter.
