Two of state's three certified cheese pros lead Tuesday tasting

If you have a burning cheese question , a pair of Whole Foods pros will be on hand tomorrow night to answer them. Michelle Dawes and Janssen Strong, who recently passed the American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional exam , are hosting a Cheese Night at Whole Foods Market, 923 Houston Northcutt Blvd. The free 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. event will focus on cheeses suitable for grilling.
