UGI to Provide Natural Gas Service to Invenergy Generating Facility

UGI Utilities, Inc. has signed an agreement with Lackawanna Energy Center LLC to provide natural gas service to its proposed natural gas-fueled power generation facility in Jessup, Pennsylvania. As part of the work on the Lackawanna Energy Center, UGI will upgrade 19 miles of existing pipeline and construct approximately three miles of new pipeline.
