UK's Network Rail to issue multimillion pound bill over Thameslink disruption

UK's rail infrastructure operator Network Rail has said that it would issue a multimillion pound bill to London's water supplier Thames Water, after a burst water main and other four leaks caused Thameslink services disruption.
