Skyworks offers a family of ultra-high isolation (47 dB) multi-throw switches for 0.7–3.0 GHz Rx switching, and are optimized for switching single-ended Rx SAW filters in cellular handsets. Consuming less than 10 µA of current, they are ideal for low power switching in smartphone, data card, IoT, infrastructure and test & measurement applications.
