Operating from 2,700–5,400 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0–24 Vdc, Model V600ME31-LF features typical phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset and average tuning sensitivity of 140 MHz/V. Octave tuning VCO delivers typical output power of 7 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating from 5 Vdc supply and drawing 25 mA. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.16 in. package, oscillator operates from -40 to 85°C while suppressing second harmonic to better than -20 dBc.
