Based on FlashRunner technology, FRPXIA3 offers full ATE hardware and software integration as well as multi-target parallel programming channels. This in-system, cPCI 2.0-compliant PXI module, suited for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in production environment, occupies single slot of PXI chassis and offers 5 DIO lines, 2 DIO or analog output lines, 2 programmable output voltages, and one programmable clock output for each of 3 parallel, in-system programming channels.
