Used car dealer sentenced for not turning over sales taxes

A used car dealer who purposely failed to turn over more than $156,000 in state sales taxes has been sentenced to three years in prison, according to state authorities. The 58-year-old Toms River resident owns Automotion LLC, a dealership on Route 9 in Toms River.
