VF Corp takes next step in Kontoor Brands spin-off

US apparel giant VF Corp is preparing for the official spin-off of its jeanswear business as an independent, publicly traded company called Kontoor Brands Inc, having today (1 April) announced the public filing of a Form 10 Registration Statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
