Surveillance video from Grocery Outlet in Redding shows a brazen man trying to steal a grocery cart full of items on Friday night. The video shows the man run in a full sprint out the door, across the parking lot as he finally lets go of the cart and jumps into a get-a-way car, leaving the food behind.
