As part of our multinational team, you will be designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and reliable code for sophisticated software environments in the space domain. Depending on your expertise and interests, the position includes developing demanding art backend and frontend applications. You will be part of a team with excellent expertise in both software development as well as the Satellite Ground Segment domain, where you will have the opportunity to grow your career. You will provide new features, efficiently solve bugs, and iterate with the customer, understanding and anticipating to their needs. You will help maintaining the code quality, organization, and automation. You will work with open source frameworks from the European Space Agency, collaborating with its community with improvements and suggestions. Show us what you have as a Developer! You have a strong proficiency in Java or C, with fair knowledge of the corresponding language specifications and with shown experience. You know how to use the standard library and its containers. You know object orientation, and can understand class diagrams in UML. You have experience with Web andor machine learning technologies and a curious to apply those in a new exciting domain. You are familiar with development tools such as debuggers, profilers, and tracing utilities. You are excellent at problem solving, with a logical and pragmatic demeanour.
