Anodized aluminum vacuum regulators address needs of applications with high temperatures or corrosive environments. As sole moving part, large and sensitive diaphragm directly seals against field of parallel orifices to act as both vacuum sensing element and valve. Multiple orifice design increases flow rate capability. Regulators are pilot operated, and pilot vacuum may be applied using manual knob-adjusted vacuum regulator or high resolution electronic vacuum regulator.
