Vais named COO at ExpressJet Airlines

SkyWest Inc. , which operates through partnerships with Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines Inc. and other major airlines, has named Terry Vais as chief operating officer of ExpressJet Airlines Inc., effective Sept. 9. As COO, Vais will oversee ExpressJet's operations and activities, including flight operations, in-flight operations, maintenance, and partner relationships.
