Santa picks up Lexxon Vongphachanh in the parking lot of the Grocery Outlet as the Vallejo Police Department delivered toys and gifts to children all over the city. This is a voice that Vallejoans may have heard over a loudspeaker Saturday as Santa made his way through Vallejo.
