AEC-Q200-qualified TransGuard® Automotive Series, offered in 0402–2220 SMT case sizes as well as with radial leads, has 5.6–85 Vdc working voltage range, multi-strike capability, and 1 nS response to ESD strikes. Both series are based on zinc-oxide varistor technology and feature high-energy, monolithic multilayer construction.
