MALVERN, Pa. &mdash; Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) today announced that Vishay HiRel Systems LLC has earned the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001:2004 certification for three of its plants: Dover, New Hampshire; Duluth, Minnesota; and the Dominican Republic.
