SMD package measures 0.5 x 0.5 in., input voltage is 8 V, and max current consumption is 30 mA. Respectively, pulling and pushing are minimized to 3 MHz and 0.1 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typ. Uses include such applications as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
