It's spring clean up time at Four Mile Run Park. The city's Transportation and Environmental Services, Office of Environmental Quality and Solid Waste Division in conjunction with the Alice Ferguson Foundation is hosting a cleaning effort as part of a project to improve the Potomac River watershed.
