White again most popular car color in 2014

As in the last few years, white was again the most popular choice of color in new vehicles in 2014, accounting for 23 percent of the purchases this year, according to data from paint company PPG Industries. The safe and solid approach prevailed in other top choices as well, with black in second place at 18 percent of vehicles; gray in third on 16 percent of cars and trucks; and silver fourth with 15 percent.
