Globe and Mail: British Columbia Environment Minister Terry Lake says his government "fundamentally rejects" an auditor-general's report which finds fault with the government's carbon neutral program.
He said at a Vancouver press conference that Auditor-General John Doyle did not use experts on carbon offsets when he looked at the work of the Pacific Carbon Trust, a Crown agency that buys offsets to help government become carbon neutral.
