On Tuesday, Whole Foods Market Inc. announced deals with SolarCity and NRG Energy Inc. to install rooftop solar panel systems at up to 100 of its locations. According to a statement , NRG Energy will provide "84 Whole Foods stores and distribution centers across 9 states to generate renewable energy onsite."
