Several major plastic packaging users have announced they will not make their fast-approaching recycling targets, attributing the shortfall to a scarcity of recycled materials, among reasons. That means they have needed to rethink their pledges and timeframeswith Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Mars, Walmart, and Colgate-Palmolive among the lot.
