Williams Reveals Phase 2 of Hillabee Expansion Now in Service

Williams said on May 1 it has placed in service Phase 2 of the Hillabee expansion project, an important Transco expansion that provides clean-burning natural gas to meet the needs of Floridas rapidly growing power generation market.
